By downloading or using OminiNote ("the app"), you agree to these terms. OminiNote is a proprietary product (it is not open source).
OminiNote is provided for personal and professional note-taking. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to store or distribute illegal content, reverse engineer it for competitive purposes where prohibited by law, or redistribute the app binary without permission.
The optional Google Drive sync feature accesses only the omininote/ folder (and app-created
files under the drive.file scope) in your own Drive.
You are responsible for the content you store. We have no access to your notes or Drive files.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always keep your own backups of important notes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of OminiNote are not liable for any loss of data, device damage, or other damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is posted at https://omininote.com/terms.
